Seniors are invited to get active, make friends, and be well! Active Living Program offers physical activity and a healthy lifestyle through various activities including walking programs, knitting, Wii bowling, educational webinars, yoga and gentle fitness classes, music, trivia, board games, Tai Chi, line dancing, and much more.
