Congratulations to Abigail Young of Picton. Abigail, a PECI graduate, is the recipient of the Prince Edward Community Care for Seniors Foundation Maureen Finnegan Award for outstanding volunteer service to the community.
Throughout high school Abigail volunteered with the ROC Youth Centre, Cadets, and assisted with afterschool activities and fundraisers. Abigail plans to continue their education at Ottawa University.
