Foundation President's comments

I am pleased to serve as President of The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Foundation. This organization exists as the fundraising agency to support the programs of The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association.

For many years, the Association has provided important and essential activities and opportunities to County seniors to enable them to remain more comfortably in their homes for as long as possible. Such activities have been performed and delivered with efficiency and enthusiasm through the tremendous dedication of staff and wonderful volunteers. The Association is widely recognized as a vital community asset.

The organization depends on financial support through fundraising activities, our Thrift Shop and bequests and contributions from the public. As the Association is a non-profit entity, all donations are tax deductable and go directly to providing operating financial assistance.

The funds managed by the Foundation provide the assurance that the Association programs can continue to be offered and performed at the highest quality level to help our clients - our seniors.
